이용약관 (Terms of Service)
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 LeadersTimes(이하 “회사”)가 제공하는 외국인 인재 채용 매칭 서비스(이하 “서비스”)의 이용과 관련하여 회사와 이용자 간의 권리, 의무 및 책임사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms govern the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between LeadersTimes (“Company”) and users regarding the recruitment matching services provided through the website.
제2조 (서비스의 내용)
회사는 기업과 구직자 간의 채용 매칭을 지원하는 플랫폼을 제공합니다.
회사는 직접적인 고용 당사자가 아니며, 근로계약의 체결, 근로조건, 비자 발급 등과 관련된 책임을 부담하지 않습니다.
Article 2 (Scope of Service)
The Company provides a platform to facilitate recruitment matching between employers and job seekers.
The Company is not a party to any employment contract and assumes no responsibility for employment conditions, visa approvals, or contractual disputes.
제3조 (이용자의 의무)
① 기업회원의 의무
정확한 채용 정보 제공
관련 노동법 및 출입국관리법 준수
구직자와의 계약 체결에 대한 모든 책임 부담
② 구직자의 의무
정확한 경력 및 자격 정보 제공
비자 및 취업 자격의 적법성 보장
허위 정보 등록 금지
Article 3 (User Obligations)
Employers and job seekers must provide accurate information and comply with applicable labor and immigration laws.
제4조 (면책조항 – 강화)
회사는 이용자 간의 고용계약, 분쟁, 임금, 비자 문제 등에 대해 어떠한 법적 책임도 부담하지 않습니다.
회사는 플랫폼을 통한 정보의 정확성을 보증하지 않으며, 이용자는 이를 확인할 책임이 있습니다.
회사는 천재지변, 시스템 장애, 제3자의 해킹 등 불가항력적 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임을 지지 않습니다.
회사의 책임은 관련 법령이 허용하는 최대 범위 내에서 제한됩니다.
Article 4 (Limitation of Liability)
The Company shall not be liable for any disputes, employment contracts, wages, visa issues, or damages arising between users.
Liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
제5조 (약관의 변경)
회사는 관련 법령을 위반하지 않는 범위 내에서 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 내용은 홈페이지에 공지합니다.
Article 5 (Amendments)
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms in compliance with applicable laws.
제6조 (관할 및 준거법)
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따르며, 분쟁 발생 시 회사 소재지 관할 법원을 제1심 관할 법원으로 합니다.
